Ok, so you don't want to go to a gym. You've scratched sports off your list. Can't do much outdoors because of the weather? How about fitness equipment? Too expensive you say? Not any more. If you are really serious about burning off calories, some treadmills even provide tracking information regarding number of calories being burned! If money is not a problem, some come with a TV also!
