Exercise Cycles
Cycling is a great form of stamina training and provides low impact cardiovascular exercise. It improves heart function and circulation as well as strengthening the muscles of the legs. For those who prefer the convenience of working out indoors, adding an exercise cycle to your home gym can provide an effective cardio workout.
As with most home gym equipment, these come with a variety of add-ons. Some provide music players, videos, pulse measurement, etc. Depending on your budget and floor space this is a fairly cost-effective addition.

Besides being a great form of aerobic activity (burning between 400-600 calories in 40 minutes), it provides strengthening of
the muscles of the lower body, along with working the back and hips.
As with most gym equipment, the types and styles of indoor cycles vary tremendously, not only in price but shape.
They come in single or dual models, which have handles that move to work the upper body.
Some have a programmable console to calculate heart rate, and yet other styles go all out with built in fans.
Others place the user in a recumbent (or lying back position) to take pressure off the back and allows for an abdominal muscle
workout too.
Shop around to find one that fits your style and budget and start building your
home gym.
Don't forget about nutrition!
