Tennis Anyone?
Tennis is another great way of burning off calories. If you have ever watched a tennis match on TV, then you have witnessed the incredible amount of energy used to play this sport.

Playing tennis involves running, which is speeding up the metabolism and provides upper body toning when engaged in forehand and backhand shots and truly involves the entire body.

Tennis is both competitive and challenging and can become a passion easily. Just remember to go easy when first
starting and make sure you consume liquids through out your playing so as to avoid dehydration.
You don’t need an expensive club membership to play tennis. Simply scout around community parks and recreations for indoor and outdoor facilities.
Many have signup sheets for those needing a partner or an opponent too.
