Ice Hockey

Ice Hockey is certainly a fast paced sport, but can burn lots of calories and get you in-shape—and keep you that way!

Yes, ice hockey can be a tough sport and sometimes brutal so it is most important to get in shape before you play, stay in-shape and wear PROTECTIVE GEAR!

You think it is too dangerous? There are non-contact hockey games for boys and girls and for men and ladies too. And, don’t forget there are clubs for both sexes of all ages to develop skills, teamwork and fun through organized practice. There are no excuses here! Non-contact hockey also eliminates the “fear and intimidation”.

When you are skilled—join a league! There are leagues for both contact ice hockey and non-contact ice hockey at the professional, collegiate, amateur and local recreational levels.

Get out and have some fun on the ice.
