Don't want to hear the word 'weight loss'?

Well for the most part, if you are young, healthy and happy with your appearance, then don't!

Time does march on, and for most, there will always be some point in time when they have to face this subject. Many will experience a change in weight for some reason or another whether it is due to pregnancy, stress, change in eating habits, change in physical activities, age, or hormonal changes. The list goes on and on.

Most people will experience weight changes in their lifetime for one reason or another.We have all been told how difficult weight loss can be. We have also been told that it is even harder to maintain any weight loss we may have accomplished. We have also heard people say, "Diets don't work!"

Difficult, hard, doesn't work, takes too long ... all of these terms are NEGATIVE! How about approaching it in a less negative manner? Waking up in the morning and saying, "Hey, I am going to make one small contribution to my weight loss today!" Then give yourself a goal for the day. Today I am not going to eat that extra donut! Today I am going to walk down the stairs and not take the elevator. Today I am going to take one small step to changing my lifestyle!
