Stress and your diet

Your health is more important than ANYTHING, so take a step away from the stress and take a deep breath. Make sure to take a break from daily stress.
Yes, stress is NOT great for your diet.
According to several studies made, constant stress causes your body to pump out high doses of hormones, which over time can boost your appetite and lead you to overeat.
Stress causes increased levels of anxiety and nervous tension too. Remember, being fit is both a physical and mental state of well-being!

Exercise of any kind, including walking, running, Yoga, meditation, dancing, and playing a sport, can all help in dropping stress levels. So, next time stress is getting to you, remember... it really IS getting to you in more ways than you think.
Take a bubble bath, read a book, anything that can bring your stress level down...make the time and Treat yourself, RELAX!
