You can follow the video in the privacy of your home and exercise as much as you need to at your own pace! This is especially important if you are not the type for being in a social environment or paying for a gym membership. Another reason why exercise videos work out great is the elimination of driving time to your local gym. Or, bundling up in the winter and trudging through snow to get to a gym!
