Don't Want to Join a Health Club?
Exercise at home!

Many people feel they don't want to join a health club. Health club memberships can be expensive and often require a contract for a specific duration. For some the ability to schedule a session at the gym is almost impossible due a hectic lifestyle. For others, they just don't wish to be in a social setting, feel self-conscious or intimidated, or a variety of other reasons. Some prefer outdoor exercise too. Regardless of the reason, remember that a good workout is not a mandate that you go to a gym or health club—it is only for those who choose this method.

Regardless of how or where you want to exercise, you need to figure out what appeals to you. At first glance, it can seem overwhelming. If you are first starting out, the last thing you need is to have anything that will discourage you. When you take a glimpse at some of the exercise types that are popular for their effects, you will know which ones feels comfortable for you to start with first. Taking those few baby steps forward will lead to leaps and bounds later.
